CES 2025 announced an advertisement about invigorating fresh Zen 5 processors from AMD, especially two X3D add -ons, which we have expected for some time. Ryzen 9 9950x3D and 9900x3D look as if they could be a stern powerful processor, and now the latest Scuttlebutt suggests that they can come at the end of March, along with the long expected graphic cards of RDNA.
This is according to the French hardware site CowcotlandWho’s Sources say that fresh VAMD 3D 3D assignment systems will appear around the same time as RX 9070 and RX 9070 XT.
David McAfee from AMD earlier wrote on Twitter that players will get a fresh GPU in March so that everyone would position themselves rather nice if they are real.
Just like the name scheme, stating that these are the latest processors from the 9000 series, potentially starting next to the 9070 series graphic processors. What difference does the digit, EY make?
As for the fries themselves, the specifications are quite monstrous. 9950x3D has a TDP system by 170 W with 16-hand and 32-threades with a top-up clock 5.7 GHz and 144 MB of total cache, while 9900x3D has a 12-core, 24-core and 140 MB of hand memory with a slightly snail-paced clock top -up 5.5 GHz.

Compare these specifications with our current best gaming processor, Ryzen 7 9800X3D, and you can see why hearts are fluttering in anticipation of fresh tokens. 9800x3D is the fastest game processor we’ve ever tested, but with eight cores, 16-fencing and total 104 MB cache, it seems that it is firmly lost by its fresh siblings-at least to at least multiple load.
Still, you should always take into account the price. While the fresh AMD Mega-CPU will probably be the best performers, if 9800x3D can still monster before the Intel competition at a more reasonable price, it can still be a chip to get this generation to get the best bang for your buckle. Time will tell. Still, if these rumors prove themselves, it looks like we won’t have much longer to wait.
