An open-world dressing game wouldn’t be complete without the opportunity to take part in fashion competitions, and Infinity Nikki offers players this opportunity with Stylistic challenges.

Style Challenges are fashion battles that players can engage in against faction members across Miraland. If you can show off your styling skills, this is a fun and simple way to get modern sketches, diamonds and other resources.
Without further ado, here it is how the Style Challenges in Infinity Nikki work and their topics explained.
Infinity Nikki Style Challenge Guide – Themes Explained
Infinity Nikki’s style challenges challenge you to create an outfit that fits a specific theme, giving you a chance to win prizes. The topics are:
- Elegant
- Fresh
- Sweet
- Sexy
- Cool
Every item of clothing you own, as well as ready-made outfits, will have a rating for each theme. For example, Nikki’s default hairstyle – Born Pink – is rated A for Sweet, C for Fresh, and D for everything else. They will also be accompanied by a numerical score that will give you an idea of how many points the judge will score during the Style Challenge.
Then the Born Pink hairstyle will be a good hairstyle to equip if you participate in the Style Challenge with the Sweet theme. However, if you have an S-ranked or higher hairstyle that fits into the Sweet category, that’s even better.
In some style challenges, there are also sub-themes that need to be taken into account. These are as follows:
- Simple
- Formal
- House
- Summer
- Warm
Not every style challenge will have a sub-theme, but if it does, you want your outfit to fit both themes if possible. You can apply the filter in your Wardrobe to see which clothes fit into both categories.
Don’t forget to check out the ready-made outfits as well. For example, the Rippling Serenity outfit may be suitable for a Style Challenge with a Cool theme, and the Wind of Purity outfit may be suitable for a Style Challenge with an Elegant theme.
As you climb the leaderboards and take on more style challenges, they become increasingly more tough and will require higher scores. It’s here “Light” function. – available via Pear-Pal – comes in handy by allowing you to update the stats of your favorite items of clothing or outfits.
Similarly, you can improve the attributes of your clothes and accessories by spending Whimstars in Heart of Infinity to enhance your stats. This means foregoing the unlocking of some sketches, but there are plenty of Whimstars to be found in Miraland anyway.
How to take part in Infinity Nikki’s Style Challenges
You can take part in style challenges by tracking down and talking to different members of the style faction in Infinity Nikki. The factions are as follows and are divided according to region:
- Golden Daisies – Flowery
- Ebony scissors – floral
- Beyond the basics – Floraish
- Green Masks – Airy Meadows
- Wielkie Łąki – Airy Meadows
- Not known yet – Breezy Meadows
- Angry Rocks – Stonewoods
- Rustic craze – Stonewoods
- Changing Rags – Stonewoods
The Golden Daisies and Ebony Scissors are the first factions you will encounter as you get a taste of the conflicts between the factions during the game’s main quest. When you first meet them, you’ll be given a style challenge task against Ebony Scissors, and you’ll need to set up a Cool-themed outfit for him.
Each region also has a leader of sorts that you will eventually be able to compete against in a style challenge. For example, Breezy Meadows has an Elegance Lord that you can eventually face. We’re not sure yet when exactly you’ll battle these leaders, but if we had to guess, we imagine it will be after you’ve successfully challenged all faction members in the area.
Then you will unlock The Factions tab in your Pear-Pal. Thanks to this, you can learn more about the factions present in the game and apply it to track them down. However, at first you will only be able to track down and talk to the Golden Daisies, and during your next encounter with them, they will challenge you to a style challenge inspired by the elegance of daisies.
In the case of Style Challenges, the clue is often in the name, so in this case you want to create the most elegant outfit possible by using items of clothing that have good elegant ratings.
Once you accept the style challenge, you’ll be taken to your dressing room where you can put together your outfit. The theme and sub-topic of the Challenge will also be clearly shown here, so there is no room for misunderstanding. There are also accessories limits for each Style Challenge, so keep that in mind.
After the style challenge against the Golden Daisies, you can track down the members of the Ebony Scissors faction again. Similarly, if you continue the main quest in Infinity Nikki, you will eventually unlock access to modern factions and modern members of existing factions that you can track down and challenge.
Infinity Nikki Style Challenge Prizes
Engaging in style challenges with different members of each faction in Infinity Nikki can earn you different rewards. These largely provide the various resources you need to craft modern outfits, as well as diamonds that you can save to spend on Nikki’s Infinity gacha system, Resonance.
Fighting certain members can also reward you with modern sketches, which you can then create and decorate your character. For example, your first style challenge against Kadru Ebony Scissors will be rewarded with an inventory audit sketch. However, your second style challenge against Farini of the Golden Daisies will reward you with Threads of Purity, not a modern Sketch.
You can check your rewards for competing in Style Challenges against each faction member by going to the Factions tab on your Pear-Pal, then selecting the faction and member you are challenging.
