There are 15 medicine bottles in the Vatican Indiana Jones and the Great Circle. They will only appear after you start the Cure for All side quest, but to gain access to some of them, you will also have to complete the Nun in Trouble and The Mad Priest quests. We’ve marked all the bottle locations on the map below, as well as more detailed instructions below if you’re having trouble getting to any of them.

1.

After completing the Nun in Trouble puzzle, you will receive Guiliana’s Key. Go down Borgia’s tower, find a gap that you can move with your whip and open the door with a novel key. The bottle is right in front of you, on a box in the corner.

2.

While completing the Mad Priest side quest, you will receive the Key to the Sewers and sent under the city by the Tower of Nicholas V. After passing through the locked gate, climb up and jump through the upper area to the ledge leading to the stairs as you enter the palace. The bottle is at the base of these stairs.

3.

Go behind the Post Office building and look for a bottle lying on a wooden bench.

4.

Starting from the Belvedere courtyard, follow the street towards the Post Office and turn right into the low street. The bottle is on the table next to the closed door at the end.

5.

At the entrance to Via Di Belvedere, enter the Black Shirt’s tent. Among the things on the long table is a bottle of medicine.

6.

Climb the scaffolding of the church being built near Borgia’s courtyard. Use the chandelier to climb to the window and onto the balcony, then utilize the platform on the left to the roof, where a single guard stands near the bottle.

7.

From the Borgia Courtyard, go east from the entrance towards the Apostolic Palace. Find where the construction workers are stationed and locate the bottle on one of the barrels on the ground floor.

8.

Sneak or wear a disguise to enter the Blackshirt Barracks. After reaching the first floor, the bottle is in the room right next to the stairs leading to the first floor.

9.

Go to the south side of the Nicholas V Tower and find the stairs leading to Passetto di Borgo. Take him all the way to Castel Sant’Angelo and up another set of stairs to the dead end with that medicine bottle.

10.

Go through the main door of the Apostolic Palace through the Borgia Courtyard and sneak or fight the many guards inside to reach the center of the room under the stairs. The bottle sits on a tiny work area set up here.

11.

Once in the Apostolic Palace, go to the top floor to the airy green room. The guards will be outside, so you can either fight past them or sneak through the next room and over the balcony. Anyway, the medicine bottle is on one of the desks against the wall.

Return to the construction site in front of the palace, enter the wooden shed and grab the bottle on the bench under the notice board.

You cannot get this bottle until you have completed the main storyline enough to meet Gina. After leaving the Underworld, utilize the zipline on the balcony to get to the nearby roof. From here, find a hole in the fence to get into the tent, where a group of guards are stripping to wash themselves. The bottle is on the bench next to the disguise, which you can grab if you haven’t already.

14.

Make good utilize of this disguise, make your way to the restricted area north of the Belvedere Courtyard and stick to the southern fence until you find a hole through which you can sneak into the tent. The bottle is on the table in the middle of the room.

15.

To get the last bottle, you must have the Blackshirt uniform, so take a moment to change your clothes. Now that you’re looking good, head to the Blackshirt Barracks and find the tent that requires the Blackshirt Key to open. Open it and get the last bottle.

These medicine bottles can be exchanged at the pharmacy next to the Post Office. However, there are two different types of Adventure Books you can trade them for: Moxie, which increases your stamina, and Shaping, for more HP. You can get level 1, 2 or 3 of each book type here, but each one costs 5, 10 or 15 bottles. This means you can’t get them all with just the bottles you find in this area. Choose carefully which one you want to invest in first.
