Revolutionary Evolution of CryptoHunter World: New Gameplay Beyond M2E
CryptoHunter World was designed based on the Move to Earn (M2E) model, where users receive rewards for their external actions, such as walking or running in a specific area. This mechanism, combined with blockchain technology, established itself as a very inventive service. However, in order to receive more rewards, users had to walk or run more and longer every day, which was a repetitive external activity. This repetitive pattern can have a negative impact on lowering users’ immersion and weakening their motivation to employ the service in the long run.
To address this issue, CryptoHunter World has introduced a novel Move to Play feature that goes beyond the existing M2E framework. This feature motivates users to explore novel areas and enjoy different experiences instead of doing repetitive tasks every day. This increases the immersion of the service and helps users participate in the game in a more enjoyable way.
Hunter Mode, the representative M2E mode of CryptoHunter World, contains Move to Play elements, unlike existing M2E services. When users activate Hunter Mode and engage in outdoor activities such as walking or running, they may encounter various Cryptids with a certain probability. During this time, users have the opportunity to fight or capture Cryptids.
This system is not narrow to repetitive actions such as walking and running, but provides users with a clear motivation to collect and strengthen different cryptids to grow their own unique cryptids. It is also designed to provide a novel level of fun through the combat system.
Hunter Mode is developed based on the M2E function, so it has a function that allows you to meet Cryptids based on a certain walking distance and NFT shoe properties. However, the limitation of this system is that it is arduous to provide customized services to all users.
In CryptoHunter World, there are various cryptids with a total of 18 properties. However, if the cryptids encountered with a certain probability are too powerful or too faint, users may find themselves in a situation where they fail to catch them or have to run away. This can lead to users being disappointed and losing interest in the service. There is also a limitation that they have to rely solely on probability to collect certain cryptids.
To address this issue, CryptoHunter World will introduce AI features to provide each user with a customized level of difficulty, and will implement a system where certain types of Cryptids appear more frequently in specific environments via a location-based system. We expect this will allow users to enjoy a more diverse experience and further augment the fun and excitement of the game.
CryptoHunter World aims to provide a more enhanced user experience with AI technology. Here are the main AI features that will be added in Hunter Mode 2.0:
Once Hunter Mode 2.0 is activated, the system will improve to encounter specific types of Cryptids based on the user’s route and environment through AI-based location analysis. For example, in urban areas, Electric and Esper-type Cryptids will appear more frequently, while in forests or mountainous areas, Grass or Ground-type Cryptids will appear depending on the environment. This will motivate users to explore novel areas to collect specific types of Cryptids, allowing for a more immersive exploration experience.
- Learning and adapting in real time
The AI in Hunter Mode 2.0 learns the user’s play style and behavioral patterns to dynamically adjust the appearance patterns of Cryptids. When users frequently encounter specific Cryptids or repeat patterns, the AI learns this and adjusts the appearance of different Cryptids or changes the Cryptid combat system to provide novel challenges and experiences every time. These real-time learning and adaptation features allow users to continue to immerse themselves in the game without getting bored.
- Difficulty control based on artificial intelligence
Hunter Mode 2.0 is designed to adjust the difficulty level to the level of Cryptids the user has. Beginners will encounter relatively simple Cryptids, while experienced players will fight stronger and rarer Cryptids. This allows players of all levels to enjoy challenges appropriate to their level and enjoy the game while feeling a sense of accomplishment.
The CryptoHunter World team is working demanding to make Move to Play more engaging and enjoyable for users with AI technology. Hunter Mode 2.0 will provide novel challenges and adventures instead of uncomplicated repetitive exercises and enrich the experience of every player.
Hunter Mode 2.0 is currently in development, with an update scheduled for release between Q1 and Q2 2024.
