Medallions they came back Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 1, after being added long ago in Chapter 5 Season 1. There are two medallions up for grabs in Chapter 6 Season 1 – The Wanderer’s Medallion and Night Rose Medallion.

How to get medallions in Fortnite
Medallions are boss drops that buff you in various ways. Medallions in Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 1 is:
- The Wanderer’s Medallionhe fell in Shogun XProvides infinite stamina and invisibility while sprinting
- Night Rose Medallionhe fell in Night Rosemakes your gun reload itself
Medallions do not take up space in your inventory, as they have their own space in your bag (just like gold).
To get the medallion you must do this eliminate the boss NPC holding it. As you approach them, a vast health bar for the corresponding boss will appear at the top of the screen.
Unlike other NPCs who are quite straightforward to encounter and eliminate immediately, these NPCs all have spawning minions that will shoot at you when they see you. That said, it may be easier to loot the locations mentioned and then head out to get the medallion.
Fortunately, NPCs shoot like Star Wars stormtroopers (meaning they aim very poorly), so you shouldn’t worry too many about the lackeys. Focus on the boss with a decent weapon and you should be able to get the medallion. Remember that the boss will frequently refill his shield, making him an annoying target.
If you see an orange or gold circle on the map, it means that a player in that vicinity also has a medallion. You can eliminate this player to take his medallion.
Where to find medallions in Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 1

You can see medallions (or bosses carrying medallions) on the map. Just Night Rose however, it has a fixed location – you will always find it there Demon Dojo POI. When you get there, watch out for ghosts Shadow of the Night Rose — a specter that will harass you but isn’t actually the boss.
Fighting her is a multi-phase boss fight, both against Night Rose and her floating-headed Oni puppeteers. First you need to enter the circle where she is waiting – you won’t be able to deal any damage until she attacks you. Defeat her while she’s running and you’ll be able to turn your attention to the floating head. Shoot his glowing red eyes. This will reset the phases – repeat the process of defeating her and then attacking the glowing eyes of the oni until she drops Night Rose Medallion and she Night Rose precision submachine gun.

Shogun XOn the other hand, it initially appears randomly throughout the island. You need to look for his Oni Mask icon on the map. However, this is not its final form. Randomly (re)spawning Shogun X only drops a random Mythic weapon, not a medallion.
To get the final version of the Shogun X boss, you must survive until fourth circle of the storm. At this point Shogun Arena will appear in a random location – first as a red Rift icon, then as a red Oni Mask icon (when the player gets close enough).
Defeating Shogun X here will get you The Wanderer’s Medallion AND Shogun X’s Fiery Oni Mask.
