How to Find the “Suspicious Shadow” in Waterfall Soup
The time will need to be set to evening (symbol with moon, not moon and cloud) to find our target. You can change the time by resting on the couch or clicking/tapping the time in the upper left corner and selecting “rest”. If you have already rested that day, you can spend some time in Hollow Deep Dive System or Combat Simulations to while away the time. Doing side quests will also make the time pass.
In the evening go to Waterfall Soup (the ramen shop pictured at the top of this post) to find Treasure Hunter Bangboo relaxing on the side behind a delivery moped. Interact with him, solve the puzzle, and that’s all you need to do to complete Officer Mewmew’s objective.
For your efforts you will receive 10 Polychrome, one W-engine power supply, and 5000 Denny.
