We only have a few days until the release of Honkai Impact 3rd version 7.9 update, which will add a modern narrative to explore in the popular RPG game. Specifically, the Stars Derailed update starts on November 28, which will finally give us the chance to witness the epic crossover between Honkai Impact 3rd and Honkai: Star Rail.
HoYoverse is no stranger to substantial IPs, and the aptly titled update will allow you to join Sparkle, Maestro of a Thousand Faces’ armor: Cameo. Captains can also participate in the finals of the War of the Ten Shus by wearing crossover outfits and other cooperation merchandise.
Brand combinations within the same studio are not that sporadic – most recently evidenced by the Diablo Immortal x World of Warcraft collaboration – but they are still intriguing. In this case, a modern matrix map will connect both worlds together with the main narrative of “Wails Sifled by the Silent Shadow”. Additionally, you can also earn a direct weapon upgrade voucher, supply cards, level-up stamps and source prisms, and other goodies through an additional boost event for a constrained time.
