Honey Grove by Runaway Play is an upcoming mix of a gardening simulator with narrative elements and a whole host of other additions. It’s challenging to explain, especially since it seemingly wants to be several things at once. But this novel take on the genre involves combining several different mechanics into one, hopefully sweet, whole.
Honey Grove is a relatively basic gardening simulator in which you create a team of bees to aid rebuild the flora of an poor city. Each has their own character and abilities that you will discover throughout the narrative, all while developing a diverse ecosystem of plants, flowers and fruit trees.
What’s more, you’ll have access to crafting mechanics, the ability to explore and rebuild parts of the city, and experience a whole lot of bee-related stories and drama.
