Today we received our first real, modern, fleshy trailer for Hollow Knight: Silksong for several years, along with the release date of September 4. Fans are Already unpacking the details From the trailer, including an indication that it seems that the basic game in Silksong can be greater than the basic Hollow Knight game – quite a feat for something that began as DLC.
Evidence of this comes from the above trailer, which has a text stating that the game contains over 200 enemies and over 40 bosses. Compare this with the Hollow Knight starter trailer, which said over 140 enemies and over 30 bosses:
So that’s sounds like Silksong starts with more enemies and bosses than Hollow Knight. And although we do not know the size of the lover in Silksong, it is reasoning that it probably must be huge enough to fit all these little guys, and therefore its map will probably be at least as huge as the original empty knight, if not more. And although it may sound like a continuation, it is worth remembering that Silksong did not start as a continuation – it began as DLC, and then somehow evolved into something seemingly larger than his predecessor.
Now this comparison does not include DLC Hollow Knight, which added a lot of modern enemies, areas, bosses, history and other content. Despite everything that covered, the existing Hollow Knight game is almost certainly greater than Silksong during the premiere. Having said that, we learned today that the Cherry Team is still working on more Silksong for months and years after starting the game, which allows him to eventually surpass DLC Hollow Knight.
If you absolutely can’t wait for you to find out what some of these enemies and bosses are attracted to you, we could display the display of Hollow Knight: Silksong at the beginning of this week at Gamescom, Cologne, Germany. What’s amusing, it looks exactly the same demo in which we played in E3 2019, only with six years of Poland, illustrating how far the game has come in its long development.
