We covered a lot of the announcements from last night’s The Game Awards 2025, but there are always a few that we don’t have time to fully cover, so here they are all. Last year it was all about Bloodborne fantasy games, this year it’s a lot of sci-fi.

Broken
This was revealed years ago, so no, Geoff, this is not a world premierebut it has a fancy fresh trailer. Decrepit is a fantasy action game with horror elements and lots of stabbing, coming to PC.
Super Mario Galaxy Movie – Official Trailer for Mario & Luigi vs. Bowser Jr
It made a billion at the box office, so of course there is a sequel to the Super Mario Bros. movie. and here we see Bowser Jr. is very irritating.
Audiomech
Musical shooter Audiomech should now have a demo on Steam, with no news on other platforms.
Chicken Foot Sabbath
Old ladies are underrepresented in video games, and when they do appear, they usually end up as witches, and the title of this game suggests that the trope is here to stay.
Wizard
The award in the “Game that Google will really have a hard time playing” category went to Warlock, a fresh Dungeons & Dragons game.
Tank speed
Is it a tank? Or a rat? No, it’s Tankrat, a sci-fi vehicle combat game coming to PC and PS5 early next year.
Nioh 3
Nioh 3 had a trailer showing off its pre-order bonuses, which is always electrifying, but there’s a fresh demo coming in January.
saros
Housemarque’s sequel to “Returnal” also has a trailer available for pre-order.
No words
It looks good, it’s a stop-motion co-op action game for PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.
Zero’s ghost blade
Some fresh gameplay and story from Phantom Blade Zero, as well as a release date of September 9, 2026.
Soloist 2
A bit of gameplay and voice cast reveal Solasta 2.
Marvel Rivals
Grab your cheeks, Deadpool will appear in Marvel Rivals as part of its sixth season, which begins on January 16, 2026.
Invincible Vs
Keeping with the fresh character announcements, Elle Mental was revealed for Invincible Vs.
2XKO
More character announcements, Caitlyn will appear on 2XKO, and the game will also launch on consoles early next year.
Screamer
Racing, anime and lots of pained faces – it can only be Screamer.
