At the beginning of the year, Like a dragon: infinite wealth fired a hellishly powerful opening salvo. The latest installment of the long-running Like a dragon/Yakuza number is hilariously packed with things to do. On one hand, it’s a turn-based RPG, splitting its narrative between two larger-than-life protagonists in completely different settings, complete with their own villains, party members, and side stories. On the other hand, it’s more of a game than anyone could possibly need, cramming in several side activities, minigames, and at least two full-length games. If you are someone whose main concern in gaming is to get the most value for your money, it is sporadic to find a better game than Like a dragon: infinite wealthwhich is now available for a $42 discount on both PlayStation and Steam. —Moises Taveras Read more
