Two novel four-star weapons will debut on the weapon banners: Waveriding Whir (catalyst) and Flower-Wreathed Feathers (bow). It is not yet confirmed whether they will play in the first half or the second.

New characters: Chasca and Ororon

Chasca and Ororon took an crucial place in Genshin Impact story in Natlan, and now they join the playable roster. The special revealed some novel information about how these characters will be played.

Crash is a five-star Anemo Bow character who is actually neither Anemo nor a Bow user. Her attacks imbue different elements depending on Pyro, Hydro, Electro, and Cryo teammates, so Chasca deals “rainbow” damage to mixed elements, not just Anemo. And although she equips herself with a bow, Chasca actually summons a giant revolver, which she rides like a flying steed and shoots like a shotgun. Chasca looks like an exceptional DPS on the field that focuses on mixed damage.

To listen is a 4-star Electro Arc character who deals Electro damage outside the field using his Skills and Burst. His set encourages electrically charged teams to operate Electro and Hydro forms. It looks like he will be a possible alternative to Fischl in Electrically Charged teams that require the Night Soul mechanic. Ororon can jump high into the air and then slowly fall to the ground, and if you switch to aiming mode while in the air, Ororon can hover in place.
