Additionally, the Wooden Stake Shotgun, Pumpkin Launcher, and Witch’s Broom return to this year’s event.
New costumes include Billy the Puppet from Saw, Leatherface from The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Pumpkin King and Sally from The Nightmare Before Christmas, Marvel’s Mephisto, She-Venom and Agony, as well as Cruella de Vil, Maleficent, Captain Hook, Ravemello and Edward Scissorhands . Players participating in the Symbiote Cup will have the opportunity to unlock the She-Venom and Agona costumes before they reach the store.
Fortnitemares 2024, which will run through the end of Chapter 5, Season 4, is just the latest salvo of content in Fornite’s push to absorb and unify all pop culture on the planet. Fortnite announcements from the past… For two weeks alone, they featured a modern Fast and Furious vehicle and the arrival of… Shaquille O’Neal.
For what it’s worth, Fornite has just introduced modern time limit controls that will reportedly allow parents to limit the amount of time their kids spend playing each day.
