Today we would like to share details about the upcoming version 5.4 “Moonlight Aess Dreams”, arriving on February 12. It will take you back to the land of Electro, Inazuma Inazuma, where a great celebration awaits! Join your novel friend, Yumemizuki Mizuki, and reunite with familiar faces like Raiden Shogun and Yae Miko as they gather at the Flower Mikawa Festival. This enchanting event unites the human and Youkai realms, encouraging everyone to celebrate together under Izuma’s shining moonlight.
The Great Festival of Youkai and People
At the foot of Mt. Yougou at Mikawa Festival shines brighter than ever this year. Once a great gathering of Youkai in age-old times, it has blossomed into a energetic festival where humans and Youkai are welcome. With newfound energy and spirit, the festival brings together venerable traditions and novel friendships in a truly unforgettable way. This year’s festival offers a novel special event – the “48-Hour Game Development Competition”. Plus, here’s a fun peek at things: Raiden Shogun will be making a special appearance, and there are rumors that he’ll be investigating a strange nightmare involving an venerable friend…
In this competition, humans and Youkai will have two days to create novel games together. Thanks to Kitsune Magic, YoKai can now speak human languages, giving them the ability to combine their powers with human ingenuity, a charming ensemble that certainly promises electrifying novel mini-games!
In the first entry “A Little Fox’s Daydream”, Mizuki and Kokomi present an adventure through changing dreams, where a little fox must navigate between sweet dreams and nightmares to reach both tasty fried tofu and its final destinations.
Another artistic entry, “Bunshin Phantasm” offers a true test of Sayu, Yoimiya and Kichiboushi’s strategy and teamwork. Guide the adorable muji-muji daruma as it mimics your movements to activate pressure plates and unlock the path to victory!
Don’t miss “Akitsu Harpastum: Dreams Doubled”, presented by Thoma and his Youkai friends! It’s a artistic fusion of the classic brick game “Akitsu Yuugei” and elements of Harpastum Mondstadt, perfect for solo or cooperative play! After completing these mini-games, you will earn festival stamps that can be redeemed for electrifying prizes, including the 4-star POLEARM “TAMAYROPEI NO OHANASHI”.
Baku, baths and dreams
We heard that AISA Bathhouse has introduced personalized Mikawa Festival bathrobes, an initiative supported by its main shareholder, the novel 5-star character Yumemizuki Mizuki! As Yumekui-Baku, Mizuki can consume nightmares. As a clinical psychologist, he uses this gift to aid his clients confront their deepest, darkest nightmares. Even the Natlanese Warrior is among her clients, who has particularly sedate ailments after returning from the night wars. At Mizuki’s Story Quest, you will have the opportunity to visit Aisa Bathhouse in person, where you may be lucky enough to experience her dream-changing treatments first-hand.

In combat, Mizuki shines as a 5-star anemo catalyst user, a versatile support character that combines DMG vortex and healing into one elegant package. Its flexibility allows it to fit into a variety of team compositions, including Pyro/Electro/Hydro/Cryo element teams, while also enhancing SWIRL DMG – an effective way to augment overall damage efficiency! Using her elemental skills, Mizuki enters the DreamDrifter state, floating gracefully, periodically dealing with Aoe Anemo DMG and increasing her team’s DMG vortex.
Additionally, Mizuki can adjust his treatment strategy depending on the team’s condition. Her elemental attracts opponents and creates “special Yumemi-style snacks.” These snacks can be picked up and, depending on the HP of the currently vigorous character, will either heal them or give them an AOE AneMo DMG. Mizuki’s unique talent also increases healing, offering an additional 30% HP recovery when her teammates exploit HP recovery dishes.
Here’s another battle tip for Mizuki! While she is in her daydream, her pick-up range for special Yumemi-style snacks is increased, making it easier to collect them in the heat of battle.
In the 5.4 event wishes, the first phase will feature the debut of Yumemizuki Mizuki and a repeat of Sigewinne, while the second phase will bring back two repeats, Furina and Wriothesley. Mizuki will introduce a standard wish banner after the 5.5 update.
Meeting venerable friends never gets venerable!
In addition to reuniting with venerable friends at the Flower Mikawa Festival, you’ll run into more familiar faces throughout your adventures. The novel event “Travelers’ Tales Chapter: Anthology” allows you to meet up with your venerable friends in the open world! Just look for anecdotal icons on the map to see what they have recently inhabited.
For combat enthusiasts, the “Realm of Harted Valor” event introduces a series of combat challenges with 25 floors for each challenge, solo or cooperative play. Reach certain milestones to earn an exclusive title card!

Continuing QOL updates
Finally, we want to share some recent optimizations we’re working on to improve your character development.
Level plans will be added to the “Training Guide”. Simply set your level goals and the system will calculate the materials you need as well as show you where to find them! Other key interfaces will also display reminders of these required materials, including the Adventurer’s Handbook, domain entries, domain completion screens, and battle rewards.
Crafting materials will also become easier! By clicking “Crafting Amount”, you can teleport directly to the crafting bench. Additionally, an auto-add button will be added to the weapon upgrade interface to speed up the process.
