Eternal Strands, the debut game from Yellow Brick Games, already has a release date and you won’t have to wait long for it. Eternal Strands will be available on January 28 on PC, PS5, Xbox Series X|S and Xbox Game Pass. Yellow Brick Studios also revealed a partnership with Square Enix’s Creative Studio III for free post-launch content.
Jeff Skalski, COO and Executive Producer at Yellow Brick Games said: “As a long-time fan of Square Enix and the games that Creative Studio III has created under the leadership of Naoki Yoshida, Square Enix board member and studio head of Creative Studio III, this is a dream come true for all of us here at Yellow Brick Games. To first have the opportunity to create your own original fantasy IP and then have the chance to work with the Creative Studio III team to further enhance it with brand recent content is a once in a lifetime moment. As an independent studio working on our first game, we will always be grateful to them. I can’t wait for players to see nippy recent designs from master artist Yusuke Mogi when our first free post-launch update for Eternal Strands arrives in Spring 2025.
The story in Eternal Strands puts players in the shoes of Brynn, the Weaver, on a mission to push back the Surgeborn and reclaim her people’s home.
