Square Enix revealed Dragon Quest 7 again with the promise on February 5, 2026, Nintendo Switch and the release date of Switch 2 during today September 2025 Nintendo Direct.
Remake of Dragon Quest 7: Fragments of the forgotten past appeared during today’s hour presentation with a trailer showing a mix of gameplay and film films. It is a film that promises a completely fresh, similar to diorama art style for JRPG Classic with the date of release, which is in a few months.
“Discover the story of the boosting goods full of joy and a broken heart when you discover the truth why your kingdom is the only remaining island in the world,” says the official description. “The game contains a new artistic style that combines Diorama visualizations with the iconic designs of Akira Toriyama, as well as a improved main history, moon lighting system that allows you to equip two vocations and more.”
Orders will be available on the My Nintendo Store and Nintendo Eshop website later. People who order their copy of Dragon Quest 7 Reimagined in advance will receive a recent costume for the hero. Nintendo claims that pre -sale bonuses also contain “helpful items for the front journey”, but the details of these additional gadgets are now unclear.
