The basis of the skill is teleportation Dragon Ball Sparking Zero experience, as this can allow you to dodge beams while maintaining your skill bars, as well as both escape combos and make deadly potions. To facilitate you with this, here’s how to teleport Dragon Ball Sparking Zero.
How to Teleport in Dragon Ball Sparking Zero: How to Quickly Dodge, Speed Up Quick Moves, and More
You can perform a standard defensive teleport (or a quick dodge). Dragon Ball Sparking Zero by pressing R1/RB on the standard version or O/B on the classic version when the opponent’s attack is about to hit you. While attacking, you can then perform a mid-combo teleport (or a running speedy move) by tilting the right analog stick in any direction and pressing one of the above inputs after a quick punch.
But that’s just the tip of the iceberg, as the game features several other teleportation techniques, and many of them focus on counteracting each other. Below you can see how to do them all, as well as a summary of how to effectively apply both Quick Dodge and Quick Movement in combat.

Furthermore, characters with the Wild Sense and Afterimage Blast skills can activate them to perform one or an unlimited number of automatic quick dodges within a set time period. Be careful though, as skill-induced dodges will not work against the beams. Likewise, characters with the Instant Transmission ability can apply it to instantly teleport behind an opponent, no matter how far away they are.
If you plan to apply Assault techniques in combat, I also recommend that you familiarize yourself with the list of moves for your character, as not all of them will be able to apply them. For example, while Videl has access to Afterimage Strike, she cannot perform both a Charge Fast Return and a Charge Fast Move at the same time.
