Today’s Sony State of Play segment, featuring PS5 Pro architect Mark Cerny, confirmed a number of games will support Sony’s upcoming mid-gen console, including Dragon Age: The Veilguard, Metal Gear Solid Delta, Resident Evil 4 Remake, and Assassin’s Creed Shadows.
Cerny followed up on his 10-minute presentation from earlier this month in a up-to-date State of Play, then showed off a montage of popular third-party games that will support Sony’s $700 enhanced version of the PS5.
While we haven’t played them on PS5 yet, we recently got a chance to play Dragon Age: The Veilguard (twice, in fact) and Metal Gear Solid Delta, which we felt were incredibly faithful remakes for better or worse. Resident Evil 4 Remake, on the other hand, was the best kind of remake when it came out last year: 10 out of 10. And Assassin’s Creed Shadows, which we hope to get our hands on soon, is due out on November 15. Here’s everything we know so far about the highly anticipated Assassin’s Creed game set in Japan.
