- Season 2 kicks off with $50,000 in prizes and expanded DMN Token incentives.
- Leaderboards give away $1 million DMN and exclusive prizes to NFT champions.
- DS points track engagement, determining airdrop eligibility and staking rank increases.
Demon officially launched Season 2 with a significant prize pool of over $50,000 and expanded token incentives, significantly raising the stakes for players and token holders alike.
This season sees the introduction of a formal rewards schedule that allocates 8% of the total $DMN supply, which includes a leaderboard prize pool denominated in $DMN tokens. The Token Generation Event (TGE) for $DMN is scheduled for approximately November 11, 2025.
Season mechanics and reward structure
Season 2 centers incentives around a comprehensive leaderboard hosted on Immutable Play, offering participants a share of $1,000,000 worth of DMN tokens and exclusive NFT rewards. The player with the highest ranking will receive $160,000DMN and an exclusive NFT gamecreating significant performance-based rewards for dedicated players.
The basis of the reward system is Dæmon Soul points (DS), which serve as a measure of engagement during the season. DS Points act as an on-chain point book that records in-game activity to determine eligibility for drops and rank boosts when betting.

Players can accumulate these points through daily and weekly quests, PvP matches, and milestone achievements, shifting the allocation of rewards towards ongoing participation rather than speculation.
Previous campaigns leading up to Season 2 included: Bonus for early betting (awarding stake rank 3 and an exclusive badge) a PvE mini-event called “The Return of Snow” which concluded character drops, individual tournament #4, and creator leaderboards – each designed to diversify reward paths and encourage different engagement styles among players.
Token economy and technical infrastructure
The $DMN token functions as the ecosystem’s utility token for shopping, evolutions, cosmetics and staking benefits. Staking provides additional benefits such as early character availability and increased tournament rewards. The game emphasizes “play to progress” mechanics, where engagement unlocks utility, rather than implementing a elementary, extractive “play to earn” model.
Participation in Season 2 competitions requires possession of the Dæmon NFT champion, which serves as confirmation of participation. The game runs on an omnichain architecture spanning 12 blockchains, including Polygon and Avalanche, which reduces access issues across networks while maintaining traceability of in-game assets.
For investors and product teams, 8% player allocation and concentrated leaderboard rewards could drive near-term demand for DMN $DMN and related NFTs. Meanwhile, the DS Points mechanism aims to adapt on-chain activity to the distribution of tokens.
Compliance and custody teams should pay attention to the emphasis on staking and dumping, which may impact custody workflow and regulatory policy depending on jurisdictional requirements.
Another significant milestone for Dæmons is $DMN token generation event around November 11, 2025, which will clarify the token distribution schedule and the possibility of unlocking them for all participants.
