The latest MMO game from Amazon Throne and Freedom was released earlier this month, but it was harder for players to get into and play than aged school Naxxramas. From day one, the game reached a peak of 300,000 players, but the servers became overwhelmed.
Many players report that they cannot create characters or transfer servers. Considering that everyone has access to free server transfers twice a day during this launch window, not being able to take advantage of this benefit makes things more tough. According to PCGamesNAmazon Games has raised character creation limits on select servers to make it easier for recent players to join and transfer existing players.
This only applies to North American servers: Karnix, Chernobog, Laslan, Kastleton, Magna, Pippin, Xeroth, Amos, Morokai, Benediction, and Whisperion. The game has been taken offline for maintenance throughout the week, but we hope this hotfix will address some of the issues players have experienced so far. It should also address some of the server instability that has been plaguing fans.
Throne and Freedom offers free-to-play gameplay, but the main attraction is the size and scope of the battles. The game features massive battles on lush battlefields, but it’s worth joining a guild to give yourself a chance to fight in PvP-packed skirmishes.
If you’re recent to the game, we’ve put together an excellent guide on how to progress through the power levels (even past the point where it starts to get tedious). And if you’re having trouble following the steps in this guide, you may need to upgrade your weapons and armor.
