- Call of Duty Mobile Season 11 has arrived with the debut of the novel DMZ: Recon mode
- It also appears in collaboration with Street Fighter 6, with its own Battle Royale mode
- Jump in and experience novel PoV reworks, anniversary rewards, and a novel Battle Pass
Ah, Call of Duty: Mobile. One of the many times I had to eat crow. More fools me into thinking CoD: Warzone Mobile will take over. However, after six years, CoD: Mobile is still going forceful, and with Season 11, a completely novel mode will debut and take over Warzone!
DMZ: Recon will already be familiar to those of you who follow CoD: Mobile. But for those in the back, DMZ: Recon works exactly as you’d expect, a Tarkov-style extraction shooter mode where you have to grab the loot, fend off a mix of humans and bots, and then get to the extraction.
This is certainly not an individual recreation of Warzone. But DMZ: Recon will undoubtedly tickle the part of the brain that sends so many to a war zone to begin with. With the promise of fast-paced, high-stakes action that fits in the palm of your hand.
this is the season
Of course, this isn’t the only addition introduced in Season 11 (even if it is the biggest). Reworks have been made to the first-person viewpoint and rewards for the sixth anniversary and a novel battle pass. It’s time for seasonal competition as Street Fighter 6 also arrives in an all-new co-op in Call of Duty: Mobile.
You’ll be able to switch to a brand novel mode where you’ll only engage in close-quarters combat, where you’ll then be able to unlock Akuma and Ryu’s signature move sets. The novel Street Royale mode also features goodies to employ, including fan-favorite characters like Chun Li and Cammy.
Speaking of which, have you ever wanted to take a look behind the scenes of CoD: Mobile? We happened to ask Jeffrey Gullett, Senior Director of Production, a few questions as part of our Call of Duty: Mobile interview.
