Refresh
We’re approaching the end of the working day here in the UK and that means I’ll be heading out soon.
Black Ops 7 includes fresh campaign progression
Black Ops 7 shaking as usual Call of Duty progression systems in some fascinating ways.
The most significant of these is the fact that progression is now common to all modes – including the campaign.
This means you can actually enhance your player level and earn unlocks just by playing the story.
If you’re usually the type of player who flies through the campaign to immediately start leveling up in online play, this might be a tempting enough reason to check out the game this year.
Okay, but what exactly is Endgame?
I’ve only talked about how Endgame fits into the overall campaign, but what exactly is it?
It’s essentially a replayable mode that appears right at the end of the campaign, where up to four players drop into a gigantic open-world map as a team.
On the map, you must work together to achieve goals and fight NPC enemies. There are no hostile players in this mode; it’s PvE only.
Before you drop in, you have the opportunity to customize your loadout and choose from available skills and a range of powerful abilities. They are the main part of Endgame and include elements such as busy camouflage and the War Machine grenade launcher.
When will Black Ops 7 take place?
Black Ops 7 The action takes place in 2035, ten years after the events of the futuristic narrative Call of Duty: Black Ops 2.
The story begins where Black Ops 2 interrupted while examining the events following the death of antagonist Raul Menendez.
A fresh force, a mysterious technology company called The Guild, threatens world peace by sending returning hero David Mason on a series of secret missions in the fictional city of Avalon.
Apart from many Black Ops 2 connections that bring back characters like Troy Marshall Black Ops 6.
What’s included in the Vault Edition?
With the pre-order bonuses removed, the next logical question is whether the pricey Vault Edition of the game is worth it.
Ultimately, it will depend on how much you value certain items and how long you plan to play Black Ops 7.
The Vault Edition includes a collection of Operators with the following multiplayer skins:
- Karma – Guardian of Technology
- Harper – warranty breaker
- TEDD – Ether Gathering AND Supreme Service
- EWR-3 Reaper – Mind and Metal
You will also receive a collection of Mastercraft weapons, which include:
- An empty plan of certainty – Peacemaker MK1 (assault rifle)
- Authorized destroyed plan – Predator 45 (PM)
- A plan for a terrible experiment – M10 Breacher (shotgun)
- Scyth3 ballistic plan – VS RECON (sniper rifle)
- Impact Blade Design – Flatline Mk.II (hand-to-hand combat)
These are nice additions, but the biggest draw is the BlackCell Battle Pass that comes with the game. This will give you 1,100 COD Points, 20 Battle Pass tier skips, exclusive BlackCell skins, and full access to the regular Battle Pass.
Zombie players will also appreciate the Ultra GobbleGum pack, which is a unique Gobblegum to try.
Vault Edition owners will also receive access to a constant unlock token on day one to accelerate their progression.
Will Nuketown be available at launch?
Nuketown will not be available in Black Ops 7 at launch, but you don’t have to wait long to play it.
Nuketown will appear as Nuketown 2025 at launch Black Ops 7 before the season on November 20.
This futuristic version of Nuketown is a remaster of the map as it appeared Black Ops 2which is very fitting.

Black Ops 7 will be one of the biggest Call of Duty games and introduces a total of 18 multiplayer maps. This includes 16 6v6 maps and two larger 20v20 maps for Skirmish mode.
