In retro news: I’m celebrating my 19th birthday The Incredible Hulk: Ultimate Extinctiona criminally underrated and undermastered beast that I simply adored. Built by Radical Entertainment, the team that was/would be responsible for other open-world extravaganzas like Simpsons Hit and Run, The Man with the Scarand Prototype duology — UD was a power fantasy that had no equal in 2005. I especially fondly remember sprinting up buildings, lifting tanks in helicopters, and wrapping cars around my fists to create brass knuckles (!!!). It was truly insane, rivaling even the venerable Treyarch Spider Man 2 (2004).
