Arrowhead says that the recent season of Bug Bug Fortnite is very “we have Helldivers at home”

Published:

In the last season, Fortnite sees how you and your team repel the enemies of foreign insectoids called errors when equalizing the battle – and if it sounds familiar, well, you are not the first to notice.

Arrowhead Game Studios, creator of Helldivers 2, another shooter, in which you take place against foreign insectoids, called Bugs, commented on the similarities – and suggested that imitation was a form of flattery.

“Hmmm … he gives” we have Helldivers at home ” – wrote the community manager Katherine Baskin for disagreement with the game (thanks, Videogamer), before adding: “I’m not worried.”

“Fortnite is Fortnite, Helldivers to Helldivers,” continued Baskin. “If the kings of Drip video games think that our drip is frosty enough to … inspire … This is super frosty. But our games could not be more different from each other. There is a place on the king’s table.”

Asked about his thoughts, Shams Jorjani, general director of Arrowhead, simply replied that the new Fortnite season “seems very democratic”, reference to his own Helldivers, in the era of human expansion into a space called “great democratization”.

In fact, Fortnite in the past rifted many other games, films and general genres, not enough that he did not offer his own version or cooperation. And because it is Fortnite, the new season of his hit Battle Royale also includes the fight against the humanoid Panda, Power Rangers and Spartan Soldiers from Halo.

At least the new game seems good so far. According to Epic Games developers, players have rotten over 250 million errors since the invasion of Fortnite last week. Further for Fortnite will be adding comrades reminiscent of a pet, suggests leaks that will cover the turtle riding on a skateboard.
