But people’s hearts are capricious. Greed slipped through the cracking of loyalty. Betrayal was born.
Returning from the war, I did not meet with shouts, but steel. Blades, spears and betrayal. And at their helm, driving my royal steed – Liam, my own brother. My queen at his side. My best friend at his command.
“Take him,” Liam ordered. My soldiers turned against me, undressing me from the sword. Only my battle staff remained – a relic of victories in the past.
Then the sentence came. Abyss. An abandoned emptiness in which darkness devours souls. They threw me into their depths, expecting me to disappear.
But I didn’t die into the abyss. I was neither alive nor dead. She found me rage. Darkness took me. And now I come back – not as a king, but just revenge.
