Nintendo Switch and Switch OLED have 32 GB and 64 GB of internal memory, respectively, some of which is reserved for the operating system. To give you an idea of how paltry these capacities are, Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom uses 16 GB and Breath of the Wild uses about 13.5 GB.
