This Cursed sails event for Fortnite came with Disney Pirates of the Caribbean characters (and skins), a novel location, a few items that were not withdrawn from the vault, and novel Pass of the Cursed Sails and prizes. Cursed Sails runs until Tuesday, August 6, 2024.

Location of the shipwreck shallows
In the heart of the Battle Royale Island you will find a novel Wreck of a ship in the shallows location. It’s a shallow pool full of, not surprisingly, shipwrecks.

Three novel skin packs have been added to the game. Fortnite shop. You can pick up Elizabeth Swan, Captain BarbossaAND Davey Jones skins, Lego skins, pickaxes and backpacks 1600 V-Bucks everyone. There is also a package of all Pirates-thematic offers for 3400 V-Bucks.

The game came with one novel item and three novel items Cursed sails update:
- Ship in a Bottle — creates a ghost ship that you can ride and that crashes into your enemies
- Pirate Cannon — scattered throughout the Shipwreck Shallows, these cannons will launch you into the air or straight at your enemies
- Treasure Maps — can be found in chests all over the island and lead to buried treasure
- Flint gun — they can be found in chests or simply scattered around the island
Pirate Codes and Cursed Gold
With the arrival of shipwrecks and Captain Jack come novel pirate-themed quests. These quests are divided into Pirate Codes which work similarly to previous quests from Avatar: Elements and TMNT Cowabunga.
They are divided into eight parts, each containing six tasks:
- This Pirate Code One Quests are now available.
- This Pirate Code Two Tasks will be released on July 21st at 9am ET.
- This Pirate Code Three Tasks will be released on July 23 at 9am ET.
- This Pirate Code Four Tasks will be released on July 25 at 9:00 AM ET.
- This Pirate Code Five Quests will be released on July 27 at 9:00 AM ET.
- This Pirate Code Six Quests will be released on July 29th at 9:00 AM ET.
- This Pirate Code Seven Quests will be released on July 31st at 9am ET.
- This Pirate Code Eight Quests will be released on August 2nd at 9am ET.

Completing four of the six tasks in each Pirate Code will earn you Fragment of the mapCollecting all eight map pieces will grant you Jack’s Ship Glider.
Some tasks will also bring you profit Cursed gold which you will operate to unlock rewards in Pass of the Cursed Sails.

As you earn Cursed gold from various Pirate Code tasks in the coming weeks, you can spend them on rewards in Pass of the Cursed Sails.
The rewards on the regular track include emotes, an instrument, a backpack, and pickaxes. All rewards (excluding promotions) can be seen in the gallery above.
For 1000 V-Bucksyou can upgrade the Cursed Sails Pass reward track. The upgraded rewards include everything from the regular track, plus novel emotes, a pickaxe, and the Cursed Jack Sparrow skin.
