Immediately after defeating the first hero in the “Crossroads” quest, follow the path north. Activate the Altar of Fen’Harel and it will turn northeast. Just move forward a bit to find the ghost wolf.

Go south from the path indicated by the mission “A Ranger’s Best Friend” to find this Altar of Fen’Harel. To find the solution, go through the corridor to the north, which will take you to a memory and start the “Begin Disrupt and Conquer” quest. Complete it to reach the place where the statue is.

The sign for this Altar of Fen’Harel pops up a little after you start exploring the area. You will find it in the upper part of the building near the entrance to Rivain. To find the next statue, you need to go southwest of the Hossbberg Wetlands, to an area called the Lost Village.
