Alien Worlds has implemented an employee proposal systemintroducing novel management structures through the creation of six EU DAOs.
The goal is promote community projects in your metaverse. These novel DAOs will be managed by curators who will facilitate support for community-led projects. They will ensure that the initiatives taken by community members will managed effectively and with the support of a well-organized system.

A key aspect of this system is role of arbitrators. These people are selected from among community members. They will perform a function impartial mediators in the event of disputes between employees and caregivers EU DAOs on the project’s progress.

Moreover, this is expected of arbitrators take time each week to review and resolve disputes. Ensuring projects continue to progress in an organized manner.
