gamescom 2024 is now behind us, and with the annual event coming to a close, it’s time to give out awards to the games that came out this year. From categories like best graphics and sound, to more platform-specific (excluding Nintendo this year) like best Xbox games, this list includes all the gamescom 2024 awards and this year’s winners.
Of this year’s winners, Capcom’s upcoming project, Monster Hunter Wilds, took home the most awards, winning in every single category it was nominated in, such as Most Entertaining and Most Epic. Supermassive Games and Bandai Namco’s upcoming project, Little Nightmares 3, also earned multiple accolades, winning three of the four categories it was nominated in, such as Best Visuals and Best Audio.
