If you were to guess which games could have influenced King Kong, I doubt you could guess “Flashback” even if you had a hundred tries. But that’s clearly the case with Kong: Survivor Instinct.
The game is set in the official Monsterverse, shortly after the events of 2021’s Godzilla vs. Kong. You’ll play as a father searching for his missing daughter in the ruins of a city. This will also be the first appearance of Abaddon, the giant Spider Titan who is briefly mentioned but never appears in the film. Hopefully it’ll be better than the last Kong game!
