The medallions can be seen directly on the map. At the start of the game, the location of all three medallions will be marked on the map.

Mysterio, Doombot and Emma Stone bosses will be at their respective points of interest once you get on the bus. You will be able to see their medallion icon moving around the map. The set locations are as follows:

To get the medallion, you will need eliminate the boss NPC holding it. As you approach them, a huge health bar for the corresponding boss will appear at the top of the screen.

Unlike other NPCs that are effortless to throw out and eliminate immediately, these NPCs have spawning lackeys that will shoot you on sight. That said, it may be easier to loot the named locations and then head out to get the medallion.

Luckily, the NPCs shoot like Star Wars stormtroopers (which means they have very impoverished accuracy), so you don’t have to worry too many about lackeys. Focus on the boss with a decent weapon and you should be able to get the medallion. Note that the boss will refill his shield frequently, making him an annoying target.

If you see an orange or gold circle on the map, it means that a player in that area also has the medallion. You can eliminate that player to take their medallion.
