Personal order “Kill 5” in Hell Divers 2 requires you to kill 5 Automaton Hulk enemies, but the in-game text doesn’t specify a specific enemy type or faction. This is a known bug that developer Arrowhead Game Studios has already acknowledged in the game’s recent patch notes, and it just so happens that pursuing Personal Order will aid all players blow through the last few hours of the current Major Order.

The last time a personal order called “Kill 5” appeared, Hell Divers 2 community a bit, since Major Order at the time had us killing Terminids. Of course, that’s not ideal when you have to travel to the other side of the galaxy to collect your Medals.
A quick look at Hell Divers 2 subreddit shows that most players who didn’t see it the first time around are guided by those of us who already know what to do. There are also those players who make fun of Game Master Joel for bringing back the notoriously broken Personal Order to the game.
Everyone seems cheerful that this Personal Order is back, as it could give the community the push it needs to finish the current Major Order. At the time of writing, we’ve been battling bots for almost a week trying to secure five planets for Managed Democracy. We have one left, but things aren’t looking promising.
It’s gotten to the point where players are posting desperate memes in order to call in as many players as possible so that last week’s work is not wasted. If we don’t finish Major Order, the Automatons will likely reclaim a huge chunk of the galaxy.
I was regularly kicked out of missions during my time playing, which definitely didn’t aid me spread democracy to planets that needed it. The first major update for Hell Divers 2Escalation of Freedom should bring novel systems to fix this. If we had this system earlier, I think we would have completed Order of Marjo by now and wouldn’t need “Kill 5” to make us kill more Automatons.
