Don’t play with our emotions like that. Seriously, it is cruel.
But where hell I did it shakily off-screen Shenmue 4 trailer comes and is it artificial intelligence? Well, it doesn’t quite look like it to us, but we can’t be entirely sure at this point.
For fans of the classic SEGA series, the trailer is amazing and has plenty of narrative development. It clearly shows hero Ryo Hazuki in China with longtime allies Ren and Shenhua.
We meet the seductress Niao Sun, who was notable from the concept art of the original game, but only appeared in Shenmue 3.
The video features a variety of mini-games, from something as mundane as washing dishes to a Street Fighter-style arcade machine called Shenmue Fighters. It looks like you’ll be able to buy and wear a variety of outfits. Are you sure this isn’t artificial intelligence?
There is a flashback scene towards the end of the trailer that looks suspicious, but otherwise everything looks consistent with the Ys Net technology built for Shenmue 3.
The copyright notice at the bottom indicates that this game is a work in progress and, if true, creator Yu Suzuki’s company is once again licensing the franchise from SEGA.
The trailer first appeared on a random YouTube account that previously uploaded gameplay videos of Astro Bot and Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree. It has six subscribers.
But we’re not sure what to think. looks good incredible even – exactly what we would expect from a novel Shenmue game. But is this it? true? We’ve posted some questions and will update as we know more.
