Apple has officially revealed its Black Friday plans for 2025, and the promotion details are exactly what you’d expect. Apple offers gift cards worth up to $250 when you purchase eligible products directly from the store. While it’s not surprising that the sale is the same as last year, it’s still better than no sale at all. The shopping event will run from Friday, November 28 to Cyber Monday. So if you’re planning on making any purchases at the Apple Store, this window is the best time to do so before the end of 2025.
Apple Black Friday sale details
Apple will offer a wide range of gift cards ranging from $25 to $250, depending on the products purchased. You can check full list of eligible products directly from Apple’s Black Friday event page or check out the attachments below.
As you can see, the gift card promotion is not available on everything. The most notable exception is that the only iPhones included are the iPhone 16 or iPhone 16e. None of the latest iPhone 17 models or the recent iPhone Air are included here. Black Friday is probably one of the best times to buy an iPhone, but if you want to buy the latest phones, you’ll need to look outside of Apple Direct this year.
Apple also announced a 2025 deal for its Apple TV streaming service that brings the price of the six-month service down to $5.99 per month.
Apple Black Friday sales at retailers
It’s worth noting that Apple’s Black Friday sales never offer the best deals on Apple products. Typically, the lowest prices on Apple Watches, AirPods, iPads and MacBooks can be found at other major retailers. Both Amazon Black Friday Sale AND Best Buy’s Black Friday sale has officially started, and you can already find deals on just about everything Apple. Most importantly, the price of Apple AirPods Pro 3 has dropped to its lowest price since launch at almost every major retailer except the Apple Store. Amazon is also currently offering discounts on the latest 11th generation iPad.
It’s still quite early and we still expect Black Friday sales to start sinking next week. Walmart’s official Black Friday sale starts on November 25, and that’s likely when we’ll start seeing the largest selection of Apple products on sale. The only exception is unlocked Apple phones, most of which are exclusive to the Apple Store. You can find iPhone 17 deals on major carriers during Black Friday, but they’ll all be tied to some kind of plan.
