In our review of Football Manager 26 I said: “Football Manager 26 is the first step into a new era, and as we’ve seen with some of the biggest clubs in the country, each new era comes with the challenge of rebuilding and setting and meeting expectations. Football Manager 26 has the potential to get even better with updates, but I doubt this entry will be the one that takes full advantage of the transition to a new engine, rebuilt UI and new features. It may be another year or two before this rebuild truly lives up to its potential.”
