Fallout 4: Anniversary Edition announced on the occasion of its 10th anniversary

Published:

In celebration of Fallout Day, Bethesda Game Studios provided several updates on the Fallout series and commemorated some of the milestones the series has achieved. Specifically, to celebrate its 10th anniversary, the company announced: Fallout 4: Anniversary Edition will arrive on November 10 (and 2026 on Switch 2!), with a physical Fallout New Vegas 15th Anniversary Pack also on the way.

Similar to Skyrim: Anniversary Edition from 2021, Fallout 4: Anniversary Edition brings together the game and all of its official expansions along with over 150 mods from Creation Club content in an effort to create a curated, definitive collaboration between the original creators and the community.

Creations appear in Fallout 4 primarily through the fresh Creations menu in the game, which will also make it easier to discover and download more mods.

Fallout 4: Anniversary Edition will launch this year on Xbox Series X|S, PS5, Xbox One, PS4 and PC, with a launch on Switch 2 planned for 2026. An Anniversary Update will also be available for existing platforms, and Game Pass and PS Plus subscribers will also have upgrade options.

Another anniversary of Fallout: New Vegas is being celebrated, which turns 15 this year. There is no fresh port of the game (unfortunately), but Bethesda has created a fresh physical Fallout: New Vegas 15th Anniversary Bundle that is likely no longer in stock at the Bethesda Gear Store.

Package includes:

  • Fallout: New Vegas: Ultimate Edition PC code
  • Victor Monument (8″ PVC): The warm Securitron stands elevated and ready to apply
  • Doc Mitchell’s evaluation cards (8×8 cardboard set): Straight from the first moments of Goodsprings, a true piece of New Vegas history
  • Vault Boy Enamel Pin (1.5 inch): Vault Boy stacks the odds with chips in hand
  • Mojave Express Patch (3.5″ x 1.9″): Woven, iron-on and full of wasteland charm
  • NCR Scout Patch (3.25″ x 3.5″): Woven, iron-on insignia of the top representatives of the New California Republic
  • Large Collector Box: A retro style display box, created exclusively for an anniversary

Then there’s Fallout 76, with more details about the Burning Springs update, which will arrive on December 2 and introduce a fresh region in Ohio where you’ll fight the Rust King and the desert Deathclaws.

Good news for this game: native versions for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S will be available next year.

And finally, Fallout Shelter will receive fresh updates in the form of seasons:

“Inspired by Vault-Tec experiments, Seasons introduces time-limited vaults to the game that are completely separate from your original vault. Each season will have a unique theme, bringing new challenges and rewards as players reach different milestones.”
