We are currently evaluating two thrilling PD-based reward systems that focus on two different engagement styles: free progression vs. competitive skill.
- Progression-Based XP: By rewarding time spent in the game, this model offers additional XP for wins and results, which are then converted into tokens at the end of the season (every month). Additional rewards include skins, emotes, banners and in-game currency.
- Skill XP (ranking): Designed for highly skilled players, this system aggressively rewards wins and high performance, with potential loss of XP (due to destitute performance) to maintain competitive balance.
