Congratulations to anyone who graduated from today’s connections. A round for me, which bordered the impossible.

Partly my difficulty with today’s game fell to two areas of ignorance – American sport and poetry. I am sure that I was not the only person who thought we were looking for a relationship with the New Zealand singer Lorde, unlike the poet Audre Lorde. But this was not a gigantic problem because I was not aware of the bishop and the pope.

After conveniently conquering the yellow group, I fought to make progress and fell into the obvious trap of trying to connect a group connected by religion and then leadership.

I managed to collect those celebrated with holidays, but after I left one mistake and completely unaware, I crashed after letting it guess.

What is NYT connections?

NYT Connections is one of several increasingly popular word games made by the New York Times. He challenges a group of four items that share something in common, and each group has a different level of difficulty: green is effortless, yellow, a little more complex, blue often quite demanding and purple, usually very complex.

On the other hand, you don’t have to solve the last technically because you will be able to answer it through the elimination process. What’s more, you can write up to four mistakes, which gives some space to breathe.

However, this is a little more involved than something like Wordle and there are many opportunities to play tripping with tricks. For example, watch out for homophones and other word games that can hide answers.
