The novel trailer of history was released for Silent Hill F, and this trailer gave a little more context of what you can expect in the game. Hinako Shimizu, the main character seems to be guiding a character who says that she saved him. He wears a wolf mask and it is not known exactly who Hinako Shimiz will be. Check the trailer below.
