The Cherry team finally appeared again with the release date of the long -awaited Hollow Knight: Silksong. Appears on September 4, 2025.
We learned this today for almost two minutes of a fresh trailer, dropped by Team Cherry, which showed a lot of fresh materials from the game. We see Horney’s exploration, lots of fresh NPC insectids, gloomy cemetery, swamps, lively city, fresh enemies (over 200, according to a trailer!), New bosses (over 40!) Sequence of escape in the style of ori and many others.
The release date of the long expected continuation was published for the first time in 2019.
Originally confirmed only for Nintendo Switch and PC, but eventually Xbox (I Game Pass), and later PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5, Team Cherry is slowly developing a conversation around Silksong for a long time.
The trailer officially re -played the game at the Xbox Bethesda presentation in June 2022, at which moment Xbox confirmed that the game would be available in the next 12 months. However, Cherry said nothing, leaving speculation around the release date.
In recent weeks, enthusiasm has reached the fever because it turned out to be playing in Gamescom, and Geoff Keighley irritated yesterday on the fresh material on Gamescom opening the night. The community around Silksong has over the years exchanged a long waiting for a meme in a meme, working on recipes for chocolate and metaphorical cake “putting on a clauna makeup” every time a fresh presentation fell.
Congratulations to Silksong lovers. Silksong is after all silk.
