Fortnite is to add cosmetic “companions” reminiscent of animals to their battle Royale, suggests a series of fresh leaks. Preliminary projects include a number of dogs, as well as a turtle on a skateboard.
Pictures of Datamine from yesterday’s update of the Fortnite season show what Golden Retriever, a pair of PUGS, a robot dog based on the cult leader of the Między Muze and the abovementioned skateboard looks like.

It is now believed that Epic Games is working on companions as a much more developed version of pets, and creatures are able to hurry in the game near the player’s character. Fans expect that these creatures will be noticeable to you and your composition of allies, although perhaps not hostile players – so there is no blowing up a recent turtle buddy.
Officially, Epic Games has not yet recognized his companions as development, and it is still unclear whether they will come this season. However, whenever they start, comrades will be the first recent cosmetic type introduced to Fortnite since November 2024, when the game introduced kicks, better known as shoes.
