We simply had an exhilarating game of a deep diving game for Ghost of Yōtei Sucker Punch, and this included the first look at the PS5 console – the Ghost of Yōtei Limited Edition package, containing a fresh complicated console design with a matching DualSense wireless controller.
These stunning projects capture the fictitious performance of Ezo Sucker Punkker (currently known as Hokkaido) and the world in which players set off to discover the story of Ats about revenge. Mt. Yōtei is a cult place and has become a symbol of both Hokkaido and the ATS itself, which is why we wanted to reflect the beauty of the region and landscape, paying tribute to two lovely Japanese visual traditions. Fans will also love the fact that both consoles contain a special seal of the manufacturer engraved with PlayStation shapes at the back of the upper console cover, as well as on DualSense wireless controllers.
PS5 console – the Ghost of Yōtei Gold Limited Edition package will be available all over the world and is inspired by the Japanese form of art, Kintsugi, a classic process of repairing broken ceramics with varnish and gold. The project reflects Kintsuga’s essence and aesthetics, symbolizing beauty in imperfections and reflecting the personal journey of the ATS in healing and immunity among adversities with which it will face on the way.

Our inspiration for this project came straight from one of the basic aspects in the game: a deep focus on exploration. This includes hand-drawn ATS MARKS icons on her map, a Kintsuga style effect pulled out of her ghost mask, and brush strokes reminiscent of Sumi-E images. High Mount Yōtei is in the middle of the console project to connect all this, and ATS is awarded to the DualSense controller. Each of these elements has been carefully woven into both console designs and controllers.

The PS5-Obowki Ghost of Yōtei Limited Edition console includes the PS5 console with a constrained edition with disks, matching the DualSense wireless controller and a digital copy of the Ghost of Yōtei Standard Edition, which contains a pre-sale content, containing a unique mask in the game, as well as a set of seven PSN avatars with the concept of ATS and everyone member of Yōtei Six.
