Dualsense Edge is the first Sony test for a real Pro style controller and provides absolutely. It retains all the characteristic DualSense functions, such as Haptic feedback and adaptive triggers, but adds meaningful updates, including configurable rear buttons, bomberdies, novel function buttons and many others.
Probably its best feature are the removable thumb modules. If the can fail or suffers from a drift, you can replace it with an official part (available on Amazon For 20 USD) instead of buying a completely novel controller.
In my review of Dualsense Edge, I praised the built -in software that can be accessed with a novel function button. In particular, “creating, editing and exchanging profiles is extremely intuitive, and the smooth interface provides engaging impressions.”
DualSense Edge is also equipped with a matching hardshell box to accommodate additional components, such as thumb substitutes, rear buttons and a braided USB-C charging cable, while protecting the controller while traveling.
Instead, should you buy a regular DualSense controller?
If you are looking for the capture of Edge Dualsense, it is worth noting that almost all ordinary colors of the DualSense PS5 controller are also on sale. There is a massive difference in price between the edge and the standard DualSense, so it’s worth considering your options carefully. There are some key differences between two types of controllers, but which you really buy, it boils down to the importance of adaptation. If you are a free player who does not need the opportunity to customize your profile or replace cans, the cheaper DualSense controller will work well.
