At the moment, the modifications and remasters are very “in” at the moment and although it is not surprising that we would finally see what are probably the two best entries in the Pro Skatera Tony Hawk series, which go to contemporary platforms, I definitely did not expect that this package would be such a solid remake as it would happen. From immediate recognizable levels of THP 3, to controls that activated muscle memory that I did not realize, is stored in my brain for over 20 years, and the refreshing conquest and a two -story time limit, Tony Hawk Pro Skater 3 + 4 is definitely shaped to be one of the better modifications of 2025, but the game that can kick your god.
As the name suggests, Pro Skater 3 + 4 Tony Hawk is a remake of both games with a contemporary facelift, up-to-date parks and skaters, and most importantly, a soundtrack banger. He plays exactly as he did when it was released on PlayStation 2, and it is clear that this is definitely a remake “if it is not broken, not repair it”. I felt a sense of nostalgia when I visit classic maps, such as Suburbia and College Thps 3, and although they definitely look much better for obvious reasons, it still seemed that the same games and I was not slow too slow playing on Friday evenings all years ago. Wackiness and Weirdness of the Thps Games is still here, and apart from a few contemporary updates to the list and the promise of up-to-date tricks and a up-to-date game mode, this is definitely Tony Hawk, which you remember from the past.
This does not mean, however, that it is all hardfips and a silky pavement. While Pro Skater 4 Tony Hawk plays really smoothly, and turning on a conventional two -minute timer works surprisingly, the lack of campaign mode is a bit sore place in a promising remake. Thp purists can be rejected from it, but after about two hours of playing I didn’t really miss it. There is something refreshing in a game that respects my time and limits me to shorter series of games in a time when every game wants me to play it for hundreds of hours. While the career mode would be a nice switching on, there are still many to embed your teeth in.
The game seems natural-nothing was mixed up-and in a few minutes I downloaded a long grinding in the instructions back in grinding and chased this elusive higher result when flying on the map, trying to fill the skates. After a few minutes of stumbling for myself in the highest path, the checks quickly returned to me, and I flew through the suburbs, heels the cars and jumped out of this satisfactory hitting of the orchestra every time I made a special movement. The up-to-date map, Waterpark, has always seemed part of the original games and was one of the most witty levels for grinding and discovering its secrets. The addictive game loop of Tony Hawk’s Pro Skatera made me want more when the timer marked until the last few seconds, and I often quickly jumped to another run.
At a time when it seems that each game from the beginning of 2000 receives a contemporary facelift, pro skater 3 + 4 tons of Hawk shakes to be a welcome addition of up to a year full of perfect modifications and remasters. From a faithful reconstruction of what caused the PS2 classics so unforgettable, after a contemporary improvement in the quality of life, an excellent soundtrack and a general love letter to the early days series, Tony Hawk Pro Skater 3 + 4 is a very something that should be on your radar, if you are a fan of boards, enjoy sports games, you like to play in something elementary and playing. This can be the easiest kickflip that you will land this year.
