Capcom announced that the remake of resident evil 4 has now sold in over 10 million copies since the premiere in March 2023, which makes it the fastest -selling game in a series of horror movies. The game is on the right track to become the best -selling resident Evil installment of all time, and the current three best sellers look like this:

This is Monster Hunter World, which remains the best -selling Capcom game, but it is 21.3 million units sold.
