Mario Kart World Direct recognizes a long -lasting meme, repeatedly throwing a penguin out of the cliffs

Published:

During today’s Mario Cards World Direct, we looked closer to many novel songs, functions and drivers, including Penguin. We knew that Penguin has been in the game since its disclosure last week, but today’s Direct decided to present this blue lovely way in a very specific way for a meme … repeatedly throwing it out of the cliffs.

It’s not once, but twice During Direct, as fans noticed on social media. Once upon a time, the penguin simply evaluates the curve and carefully drains over the icy landscape:

But in a second, even more on the nose movement, the penguin in a free roam goes straight from the cliff to the sea below, while music from Super Mario 64 in the background:

If you are confused why it is noteworthy, let me pay your attention to the penguin’s long -term meme with Super Mario 64. In Super Mario 64 players discovered years ago that you could pick up a power star from Mother Ponguin, turning a penguin to her, and then take Penhuin Ponguin after a star and take them again … and even leave them again.

For over a decade, the Mario community has been little fame by the Mario community, so it is extremely amusing to see how Nintendo confirms it, even if it is in a slightly subtle, probable way. Is this a terrifying thing? Society still did not fall purely on one side or the other debate about the Penguin cliff. At least Mario Kart World gives Penguin a nice petite water vehicle so that they can just go after landing.

Today’s Mario Nintendo Direct cards was not exactly the font of novel information, about which many hoped it would be, but we still understand some engaging novel things: more novel characters, courses, items and functions, as well as close appearance (thanks to the kindness of Penguin and others) of the novel Roam Free World Free World, which will allow players to ride anywhere in the world.
