Tales of the Shire: The Lord of the Rings game has been delayed again, pushed from March to the fresh release date on July 29, 2025. Cose Hobbit Life Sim comes to PC, PS5, Xbox Series X | S, switch and Netflix Gaming.
Wetda’s workshop announced a story about Shire delay in a place with which we do not connect these days:
Expensive hobbits,
A good Hobbit feast takes time, just like We want this game to feel like a heated hug from Middle -earth and we make sure that no matter where you play, you will feel at home in Shire. From the styles of the feet to the most fluffy cakes, every detail will be just right.
We appreciate your patience and we can’t wait for you to experience life in Shire this summer. In the meantime, arrange the table, polish silver and get ready for a feast tailored to the hobbit!

Tales of the Shire allows players to create their own hobbit who lives in Bywater and can establish their own lives. Over time in Bajwaty, other hobbits will come to ask your hobbit for aid in matters. In addition, you can do all the cozy things that should consist of a hobbit life, including growing your own vegetables, fishing, trade in objects with neighbors and cooking meals. You can wander around visiting other hobbits and go to the store or go a bit further to ride in the fields for wrestling.
Originally announced and is expected that in 2024 Tales of the Shire had many delays. The gritty window of 2025 was narrowed until March 2025, but the veto clearly needs more time to realize this cozy approach to the fantasy world.
