Nyt Connections today (game #612) – Answers
Answers to today’s calls, game No. 612 is …
- Yellow: property documents Certificate, act, receipt, title
- Green: Bits in a diverse program Dance, monologue, sketch, song
- Blue: Proverbs for the characters in “The Simpsons” Donut, dragon, saxophone, skateboard
- Purple: Starting with “Shake, Rating and Roll” Android, rattles, Rollerblade, Shakespeare
- My rating: Hard
- My result: 2 errors
The appearance of the words of skateboard and Rollerblade took me to a mental detour, thinking that four words describe skating tricks. The donut must be a trick, I thought, and the rattles sound like it could be, and the saxophone can drive through a pipe or something. You may be able to say, my skating is zero.
When meditating the word Donut, he finally led me to the last two groups. Think about donuts long enough and it’s demanding not to think about Homera Simpson and his love for a pink glazed ring. The other three props appear in the still strength of opening titles.
Meanwhile, starting with “Shake, Rattle and Roll”, he was a wonderful piece of words. Good work, connections and for everyone who got it at the top three levels.
How did you do today? Let me know in the comments below.

What is NYT connections?
NYT Connections is one of several increasingly popular word games made by the New York Times. He challenges finding groups of four items that share something in common, and each group has a different level of difficulty: green is uncomplicated, yellow, a little more arduous, blue often quite demanding and purple, usually very arduous.
On the other hand, you don’t have to solve the last technically because you will be able to answer it through the elimination process. What’s more, you can write up to four mistakes, which gives some space to breathe.
However, this is a little more involved than something like Wordle and there are many opportunities to play tripping with tricks. For example, watch out for homophones and other word games that can hide answers.
