What is the fresh fight loop in Dark Ages and how is it different from Eternal or Doom (2016)?
High level – it can be said that it is a combination of both, but with a fresh one, medieval Tool set. We want to create an experience that will have the depth of the Eternal Loop with the simplicity of the Doom control scheme (2016). In Dark Ages we have a completely fresh set of nippy medieval actions to be done, but this time with fewer buttons to press!

What do “rings” around enemies mean?
Yellow rings appearing around the characters are weakening indicators. “Falters” is a finish in Eternal and 2016. Great players realized what causes weakens and began to combine these attacks to stun powerful enemies (we counted on it). It is vital that we clearly determine the moment when the enemy breaks down in the dim centuries, so that more players can start examining what is the reason and how to employ it in their favor. Yes! There are three pillars of commitment in the Middle Ages; Fight, exploration and history – three reasons why playing, narrative is just one of them. Players don’t want AND history in doom, they want Good One, something that increases fantasy with power, gives even more motivation to fight until the end of the campaign. Thanks to history, we can build larger and better opponents, worlds to discover and obstacles to overcome.
Summary of history is: With the imprisonment of the killer at the beginning of the dim centuries, the balance of power between good and evil changes and time escapes. Our hero is a fearful outsider among the endangered people, whose forces are controlled by the gods they serve, in a world besieged by old evil.
At this point on the Doom Universe time axis, this game is a prequel – we start from the beginning of Slayer’s time with the guards. He is a stranger, endowed with the gods of the guard, known as the Mays. Our subordinated hero is now standing as a superbroń in a medieval war against hells.
When does it come out?
